Brett was on task, thorough and informative throughout the service. I received a call from the office stating that he was in our neighborhood with another customer, and that we were the next customers. I then received a call from Brett saying that he he would arrive in 30 minutes. All positive, even the price.

Added two 16x20 return air ducts to improve system efficiency in lakefront home. Previous setup had single undersized return causing high static pressure and poor air circulation. Installed properly sized ductwork with internal lining for noise reduction. System now operating with balanced airflow throughout home. Static pressure reduced by 40% which should significantly decrease energy consumption and extend equipment lifespan. Also replaced all return grilles with modern design as requested by homeowner.
